Effective Date: 2025-12-30
Welcome to Dreampackers (“Dreampackers,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”)! These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
(i) our website located at https://dreampackerstravelapp.com/ (the “Site”); and
(ii) our Dreampackers mobile application (the “App”), and any related services, features, content, or tools (collectively, the “Service”).
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Policy”), which describes how we collect, use, store, and share information. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreements”). If you do not accept the Agreements, you must not use the Service.
Contact: If you have questions, please email us at support@dreampackerstravelapp.com.
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not authorized to use the Service.
By creating an account or providing us with your contact details, you agree to receive communications related to the Service (e.g., confirmations, alerts, Service changes, administrative messages, and security notices).
We may send you promotional or marketing communications when permitted by law. You may opt out by using the unsubscribe link (if applicable) or by emailing support@dreampackerstravelapp.com. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you administrative or security messages.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree that:
a) you will provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
b) you will keep your credentials confidential; and
c) you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts when we deem it necessary to protect the Service, comply with the law, or address violations of these Terms.
You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Agreements.
The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., maps, payment providers, booking links, place content, social networks, or others). Such third parties may have their own terms and policies. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
The Service may offer paid features or products (“Purchase”), including premium functionality (“Premium”). If you make a Purchase, we may request information necessary to process it (e.g., payment method, billing details). Payments may be processed by third parties (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, or other processors).
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you are authorized to use the payment method; and
(ii) the information you provide is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Purchase for reasons such as availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or violation of these Terms.
Important (App Stores): In-app purchases may be subject to the rules of the relevant app store provider (Google/Apple), including refund processes, billing, and taxes.
If the Service offers subscriptions (“Subscription”), you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annual) depending on the plan selected (the “Billing Cycle”). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel before the applicable cutoff or we cancel it.
To manage or cancel a Subscription purchased through app stores (Google/Apple), you generally must do so through your account settings in the applicable store.
If recurring billing fails for any reason, we may suspend Premium features until payment is successfully processed.
We may offer free trial periods or promotions (“Trial”) at our discretion. If a Trial requires a payment method, you may not be charged until the Trial ends. At the end of the Trial, the selected plan will be charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.
We may modify or discontinue a Trial at any time, as permitted by law.
We may change prices, plans, or Premium features. For Subscriptions, changes typically apply at the end of your then-current Billing Cycle, and we will provide reasonable prior notice where required.
Except as required by law, or where the app store provider (Google/Apple) provides a specific process, purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable. If a refund applies, it will be handled according to the refund policy of the relevant payment processor or store.
The Service may allow you to create, upload, publish, store, share, or otherwise make available information, text, images, videos, comments, itineraries, lists, reviews, or other materials (“User Content”).
You are responsible for the User Content you publish or share, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You represent and warrant that:
a) you own the User Content or have the necessary permissions; and
b) its publication does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual rights, or others).
By posting or uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, communicate to the public, adapt (e.g., for formatting and compatibility), and use such User Content to operate, improve, and provide the Service, including allowing other users to view or interact with it according to the privacy settings you choose.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content; you retain your rights, subject to the license above necessary to operate the Service.
We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, moderate, edit, or remove User Content, and suspend accounts if we determine there is a violation of these Terms or a risk to the Service or third parties.
We do not allow content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, violent, hateful, pornographic, sexually explicit, promotes illegal activity, or endangers people or animals. If you find objectionable content, report it through the Service or email support@dreampackerstravelapp.com. We may take action, including content removal and user suspension.
You agree not to:
a) use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations;
b) exploit or harm minors, or attempt to do so;
c) send spam, chain letters, unsolicited advertising, or mass solicitations;
d) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity;

g) access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
h) use robots, scrapers, or automated means to extract data without authorization;

If you send ideas, suggestions, improvements, feedback, or reports (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, and that you will not acquire ownership rights in such Feedback, to the extent permitted by law.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by you to the Company for Premium in the last 12 months (or, if no payments were made, to a minimum amount permitted by law), as applicable.
Dreampackers is a planning and organization tool. We do not provide professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or safety advice) and we do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party information (hours, availability, weather conditions, safety, immigration requirements, etc.). You are responsible for verifying critical information before traveling.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your User Content; (iii) your breach of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your account) at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, the law, or if your conduct poses a risk to the Service or third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If the App provides account deletion, you may request it through settings or by emailing support@dreampackerstravelapp.com.
Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, etc.) will remain in effect after termination.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, features, or content at any time. We will not be liable if the Service is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version on the Site or within the App and indicate the version date. Where required, we will notify you of material changes.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of Querétaro, Mexico, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements related to the Service.
